Whiskey Glazed Ham

  • 1 Patrick Cudahy® Sliced Ham Off the Bone Quarter
  • Whiskey Glaze:
  • ¼ c. packed dark brown sugar
  • ¼ c. bourbon whiskey
  • ¼ c. maple syrup
  • zest from 1 orange


  • 1. Heat oven to 325ºF
  • 2. For glaze, combine brown sugar, whiskey, maple syrup in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5-7 minutes until thick, “syrupy” consistency. Stir in orange zest.
  • 3. Place Patrick Cudahy® Sliced Ham Off the Bone Quarter in a small roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake for 19-23 minutes per pound or until 135ºF.
  • 4. When ham has 20 minutes left to cook, remove from oven and carefully spread 2 tablespoons of the Whiskey Glaze over top and sides of the ham. Continue baking for 20 minutes or until glazed.
  • 5. Serve with the remaining glaze.
