  • 1 lb Patrick Cudahy® Ham Off The Bone Quarter, julienned
  • 12 oz herbed spreadable cheese
  • ½ lb roasted asparagus, bias cut
  • 3 cups arugula
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 flatbreads (8 oz size)

Savory arugula, asparagus and Patrick Cudahy® Ham give this vegetable flatbread pizza a Tuscan twist.


  • 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • 2. Lay flatbreads on a foil-lined baking sheet and brush flatbreads with olive oil.
  • 3. Spread on cheese. Layer Patrick Cudahy® Ham, arugula, and asparagus on flatbread.
  • 4. Crack 1 egg on top of each flatbread and bake 8-12 minutes, or until egg is set and crust is golden brown.
