- 2 cups shredded smoked Gouda cheese
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4oz. Patrick Cudahy Bacon, cooked
- 1 small can green chilies, drained
- Mix all ingredients together; place in ovenproof pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and starting to brown on the edges. Serve warm with bread, crackers or chips.
