Black Forest Bacon Guacamole

  • 3 Avocado
  • 1 Jalepeno
  • 1 Roma Tomato
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Tsp. Cumin
  • 6 Strips Black Forest Bacon
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  • Julienne the bacon and sauté in a medium pan until crisp, strain the bacon from the fat and reserve.
  • Rough chop the tomato, cilantro and jalapeño (remove seeds to adjust heat level) and place in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Peel and core the avocado and add to the mixing bowl, add the cumin, lime juice and half the black forest bacon.
  • Work all ingredients with a spoon until everything is incorporated.
  • Serve in a dish and top with the left-over bacon. Either serve with chips or use as a topping for a burger or chicken sandwich.
