  • 8 strips Patrick Cudahy® Thick Sliced Double Smoked Bacon
  • 4 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 c. Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. dry elbow macaroni noodles


  • 1. In a medium sauce pan on low heat, place the cream and Velveeta in the pot and stir constantly until the Velveeta is completely melted. Bring to a simmer and add the shredded sharp cheddar and Tabasco sauce and stir until the cheese is melted.
  • 2. Cook the Patrick Cudahy® Thick Sliced Double Smoked Bacon until crisp, dice the bacon into fine pieces and add ¾ of it to the sauce.
  • 3. Mix the remaining bacon with the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and set aside.
  • 4. Cook the noodles according to the package directions and fold them into the cream sauce. Once combined, pour into a casserole dish.
  • 5. Spread the bread crumbs evenly over the casserole dish and place in oven for 15-20 minutes at 375ºF until the sauce is bubbling and the bread crumbs are browned.
