  • 16 strips Patrick Cudahy® Sweet Apple-Wood Smoked Bacon
  • (1) 24-inch pretzel baguette
  • 8 oz. fresh cheese curds
  • Beer Mustard Dipping Sauce:
  • ½ c. whole grain mustard
  • ½ c. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • ¼ c. dark lager


  • 1. Cut the pretzel baguette lengthwise to create a hinge. Stuff the inside with cheese curds.
  • 2. Starting at one end of the baguette, wrap Patrick Cudahy® Sweet Apple-Wood Smoked Bacon around the baguette to cover the entire length of the bread (make sure the pieces do not overlap too much or the bacon will not crisp).
  • 3. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake 375ºF for 18-20 minutes or until bacon crisps.
  • 4. For the Beer Mustard Dipping Sauce, add all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and whisk together until incorporated.
  • 5. Cut the baguette into desired portion and serve with the Beer Mustard Sauce on the side.
